Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain the conditions for using the Video Pizzazz website, its forms, and its clinic growth assessment.
Agreement and contact
By visiting or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through it. The website is operated by Video Pizzazz LLC, with a mailing address at 5495 171st Street, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@videopizzazz.com or 715-944-6710.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and business purposes, such as learning about Video Pizzazz services, reviewing marketing-readiness information, contacting us about a project, or requesting a free video audit.
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use the website in a way that does not interfere with another visitor's use or the operation of the site.
Informational and marketing content
The website contains marketing, educational, creative, and business-development content. It is provided to help you evaluate a possible conversation with Video Pizzazz. Content may become outdated, may not fit your business, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your facts.
Descriptions of services, processes, or possible deliverables are not a binding offer or a promise that a particular service, schedule, price, result, or package will be available. A separate written agreement controls a project after both parties accept it.
Clinic assessment limits
The clinic growth assessment is a marketing-readiness exercise. It uses the answers you select to suggest a business priority and possible content or marketing next steps. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, patient screening tool, treatment recommendation, eligibility review, or clinical decision.
Do not submit patient names, symptoms, lab values, diagnoses, prescriptions, medical records, treatment details, or other health information. The person or clinic submitting the assessment is responsible for keeping patient information out of the form. See the Men's Health Marketing Disclaimer for additional limits.
No professional advice or guaranteed results
Video Pizzazz content and conversations are not medical, legal, financial, accounting, insurance, privacy, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for obtaining advice from the appropriate licensed or qualified professional before acting on an issue in those areas.
Marketing recommendations, video concepts, funnels, websites, and audit observations do not guarantee leads, patients, revenue, search rankings, advertising approval, engagement, conversion rates, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, market, budget, sales process, compliance review, and implementation.
Intellectual property
Unless a page states otherwise, the website's text, branding, layout, graphics, videos, original concepts, and other materials belong to Video Pizzazz LLC or are used with permission. They are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, republish, scrape, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.
User submissions
When you send a message, form response, assessment answer, or audit note, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not knowingly violate another person's rights or the law. Do not include confidential patient or regulated health information.
You keep ownership of information you submit. You give Video Pizzazz permission to receive, store, review, and use it as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested assessment or audit conversation, operate the business, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. This permission does not give us permission to publish your message as a testimonial without appropriate consent.
Third-party links and services
The website may refer to or link to third-party websites, social networks, tools, or services. Those destinations are controlled by their own operators and terms. Video Pizzazz does not control, endorse, or guarantee their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or results. Review the third party's terms before using it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- Break the law, infringe another person's rights, impersonate someone, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Upload malicious code, probe or bypass security, interfere with forms, overload the site, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Scrape, harvest, copy, or monitor website content or contact details through automated means without written permission.
- Submit patient information, secrets, credentials, payment details, or other information the form does not request.
- Send spam, abuse, fraudulent requests, or content intended to harass or harm another person.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided as available and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Video Pizzazz does not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, current, complete, or suitable for your particular purpose.
You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it and for reviewing marketing or healthcare-related claims with the appropriate person at your business.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video Pizzazz LLC and its owners, team members, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost revenue, profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or expected results arising from or related to your use of the website, its content, a form submission, a linked service, or an inability to use the website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waives rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
Wisconsin law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute relating to the website or these terms should be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Wisconsin unless the law requires a different forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, assessment, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent the law allows.
