Clinic assessment limits

The clinic growth assessment is a marketing-readiness exercise. It uses the answers you select to suggest a business priority and possible content or marketing next steps. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, patient screening tool, treatment recommendation, eligibility review, or clinical decision.

Do not submit patient names, symptoms, lab values, diagnoses, prescriptions, medical records, treatment details, or other health information.
