Clinic responsibilities

Each clinic, practice, or advertiser is responsible for its own clinical claims, marketing approvals, audience targeting, consent processes, patient permissions, and privacy workflows. Before publishing a video, testimonial, patient story, provider statement, before-and-after image, or health-related claim, confirm that your practice has the necessary rights, releases, review, and documentation.

Video Pizzazz can discuss message clarity, creative direction, and marketing execution. Those conversations do not replace your clinical, legal, privacy, or compliance review.

No promised patient or revenue outcome

Video marketing recommendations and a free audit do not promise more patients, appointments, leads, revenue, search visibility, ad approval, engagement, or a particular return on investment. Results depend on many factors outside Video Pizzazz's control, including the offer, market, budget, clinical operations, sales follow-up, platform decisions, and the accuracy and approval of published claims.
