This policy applies to information collected through this website and its forms. It does not describe the privacy practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

The information depends on how you use the site. You may provide:

• Your name, email address, company or practice name, service interest, and project message through the general inquiry form.
• Your name, work email, practice name, practice type, role, website, and selected answers through the clinic growth assessment.
• A short marketing, workflow, or content note when you request a free video marketing audit.
• Information you choose to share when you email or call Video Pizzazz directly, including a phone number if you provide one.
• Questions, follow-up messages, and other information you voluntarily send to us.

Information created when you use the site

Our website platform and service providers may create ordinary operational records, such as the page that received a submission, the time of a request, browser or device details, IP address, and security logs. These records help us operate the website, protect forms, and understand whether a request was delivered. They are separate from optional advertising measurement.

The cookie settings control stores your consent choice in your browser. The choice records whether optional analytics and advertising measurement are allowed. It is stored locally and is not sent to Video Pizzazz as a personal profile.

Information we do not want you to submit

The clinic assessment is for business marketing readiness. Do not enter patient names, symptoms, lab values, diagnoses, prescriptions, dates of birth, medical records, treatment details, or other health information. See the Men's Health Marketing Disclaimer for the full instruction.

How we use information

We use submitted information for the purposes described at the time of collection and for ordinary business operations, including to:

• Respond to an inquiry, question, project request, or call-back request.
• Review a clinic growth assessment and show the requested marketing-readiness result.
• Save assessment details so we can handle a requested free video audit and prepare for a follow-up conversation.
• Understand the service interests and business questions people bring to Video Pizzazz, so we can improve the website and our conversations.
• Maintain contact records, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, troubleshoot delivery, and protect the website.
• Meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights, property, and users.

The current forms are designed for business contact and marketing information. We do not ask the clinic assessment to evaluate patients or treatment eligibility.

CRM and service providers

When you submit a form, the business details and message may be sent to a contact-management or CRM system so Video Pizzazz can organize the request, retain the conversation, and follow up. Assessment answers and audit notes may be attached to that business contact record.

We also rely on service providers that support website hosting, storage, form operation, contact management, security, and related business functions. Those providers may process information on our behalf to provide their services. We do not give them permission to use your submission for an unrelated purpose through our instructions.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal process, investigate abuse, protect someone from harm, enforce our agreements, or support a business transfer. We do not publish inquiry messages or assessment answers as testimonials without appropriate permission.

Analytics and advertising tools

As of September 17, 2026, this website does not have a Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Ads conversion tag installed. We are building the consent foundation before adding any optional measurement.

If we later add analytics or advertising measurement, we intend to load those tools only after an explicit choice through the cookie banner. The applicable policy will be updated to describe the tools, purposes, categories, and available controls. No tracking ID is included in this policy because none is currently installed.

Optional measurement may help us understand visits, campaign activity, or actions such as an inquiry. It should not be treated as a promise that a platform will approve an advertisement, attribute a result correctly, or deliver a business outcome.

How long we keep information

We keep contact, assessment, and audit-request information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service conversation, maintain accurate business records, protect the website, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations. The period can vary based on the type of request and whether an active business relationship continues.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or ask a service provider to remove it, subject to backups, legal obligations, and reasonable operational limits.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures for the size and nature of this website. No internet transmission, browser storage, or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid placing confidential, patient, or highly sensitive information in a form.

If you believe you sent sensitive information by mistake, contact us promptly at hello@videopizzazz.com and explain what should be removed.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can contact us to ask questions or, depending on where you live and the law that applies, request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your inquiry. You may also ask us to stop a follow-up conversation that is not required for a completed business request.

• Use the Cookie settings control to change optional analytics and advertising preferences. A new choice applies to future optional tools; it does not rewrite records already created by a service provider.
• Use your browser controls to clear locally stored consent information or block storage. Clearing the choice may cause the banner to appear again.
• Email hello@videopizzazz.com with the email address used for the request and the action you want us to consider.
• We may ask for enough information to verify a request and may keep a record of the request and response for security and compliance purposes.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business owners, marketers, clinics, and other adults evaluating professional services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
